Open Data Tank Initiative e.V

“Open Data Tank Initiative e.V.” was established as a registered association (Verein) with registration number VR 38173 on May 27, 2020, under the German Fiscal Code AO – Section 52, Public Benefit Purpose. It is subject to the Charlottenburg Court of Berlin District.

The Open Data Tank Initiative aims to make systematic data publicly available. The initiative’s role is to avail data in forms that allow users to analyze and create value from public sector information. Data will ultimately enhance transparency, improve accountability, and improve citizen involvement and participation. 

The website opendatatank.org  is meant to be an interactive and user-friendly resource center, or document library, where targets can find practical guidance and best practices, etc. Our  products focus on:

• Data collection about different subjects such as historical, current social, political, cultural, and legal topics in MENA and other countries in the Arabic-speaking world.
• The creation of publicly accessible free databases on the topics above
